During every day of the festival, with the PAN, the Real Albergo dei Poveri and the former Brewery Miano you can find a booth to collect signatures in favor of regulation that protects and promotes the art of street in Naples.


Ramblas: permanent-way street art comes to the second edition after the onset of E45 in Naples Fringe Festival 2009. Las Ramblas, the pedestrian streets in central Barcelona, \u200b\u200bthe place where you are performing buskers, living statues, mimes and artists. Tavern East realized for the project The Waiting "In a bank" by Andrea De Carlo with Giovanni Dal Monte, and Claudio Javier Benegas and 'L' innocence of the postmen "by Paul Paul with Peter Botte, Monica Cirulli and Gianluca D'Agostino . Directed by Sara Sun Notarbartolo .

The waiting is the title of the project with which the Napoli Teatro Festival Italy 2010 goes into some of the places where we become spectators, voyeurs of the lives of others. Five theater companies interpret in these places, during the Festival and without notice, pièces very brief written for the Festival by ten authors. Are scenes that do not clarify the subtle difference between a dialogue and written and starred a real life, between fiction and reality. The viewer involuntary both, may look around the theater itself short of expectation, in a city like no other theater. Mario Fortunato was responsible for the Napoli Teatro Festival Italy the commission of the texts of the ten pieces to ten writers: Dacia Maraini, Vincenzo Consolo, Andrea De Carlo, Mary Peace Ottieri, Milena Agus, Sandra Petrignani, Elizabeth Rasy, Ivan Cotroneo, the young Pulsatilla and Paolo Di Paolo.
